A $500 non refundable deposit will be required to hold your day. It can be applied to your total when your event is held. You may make payments towards your total with the balance being due within 24 hours of your event or you can not hold your event. A contract will be signed with all necessary information at the time of booking.
You can decorate however you like but please don't use nails or screws to attach any decorations. Please ask for help if needed.
There is NO SMOKING in any of the buildings on the property.
You must collect all garbage in one spot at the end of your event.
You must have all cleaned up by 2pm the day following your event.
Yes, your garbage will be thrown away on site and is built into the cost of your rental.
Sure, The Marsh Manor can be rented for other events including but not limited to; Coporate Events, Family Reunions, Parties Etc...Please ask for pricing.
